Hello everyone! I joined a contest, a contest that would just disappoint me because I know I won’t win. Yes! I am a certified PESSIMIST! Before you can join you must wear a “Tee Culture” shirt that is available in any SM Department Stores Nationwide (Philippines) So I bought a shirt (Lost In The City – NYC) out of 500++ shirt designs. WHY? I just simply love NYC. You’ll see that later on. I like it (the design of the shirt) because I have a friend in NYC who loves me (until now?) Likes my style, Likes me, No just my fashion sense. I used to be a fashion stylist for my friend. Like do this, Do that. Wear this. Don’t wear that. Flip it. Flip that. But no my friend doesn’t like it. Just kidding! Haha! So this is for you my dear friend! I miss you! 😐 Anyways there’s no result yet and you can join too. So I’ll show you guys the contest I’m talking about.
I’ve been thinking of joining this contest, I have made my decision. I wanna join. I wanna win! Feeler. Okay I have some friends at work and I do believe ladies and gentlemen good evening! Haha! Seriously, They can help me win this contest. Guess what? They are professional photographers. I sent an email to them and check if they wanna help. Of course! Since this is their hobby like taking pictures, shot shot shot. They agreed about it and we scheduled our shoot. Yey! Thank you guys! Oh wait, I almost forgot. Rency Yu and Paul Ken Soliman my beloved photographers. Beloved? -_____-
Unfortunately, Rency wasn’t able to attend our shoot he was sick that day. So Ken decided to continue without Rency, Well I trust this Photographer because we did some shoots before and it turned really really well like OMG it’s me? in the picture? Hell no! So awesome! Haha! I can’t believe it. He’s A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. So Ken planned to do the shoot at exactly 5:00 in the morning at The Fort. It was very convenient for us because it’s our workplace. We work at The Fort, Taguig. You hear me? The Fort! No pollution. No traffic. No electric wires. No shits on the street. Okay game! Here’s some shots…
Our goal is to get some effects from the light of the cars and some streetlights. I guess Ken was able to get those pretty lights coming from the cars.
Btw, He was just using his 1 hour break when we did this stuff because he’s working from 10PM to 7AM. So after this 5AM shoot we planned to do some frames again after his work. I waited for him until 7AM and it was worth the wait. Haha!
Some shots after his work. This was taken at Highstreet, The Fort where all the guards were running for us because we were not allowed to do some picture taking there like the guards were saying that we need to get a permit and we need to pay for it. I was like, LET’S GO RUN! And that time I was jumping to the wall like I am Spiderman pose, So yeah! And also we had some professional equipment like the lights from a photo studio, Yeah we had some and I was carrying them so they thought that we were doing some commercial related work like for Magazines. Really? This face? For Magazine? How dare you! Haha! But we had some pictures taken until they caught us! Haha!
After this we walked and find for some other locations.
THE LOCKER ROOM
